Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 120 posts of Senior Executive Trainee in Telecom and Finance streams through direct recruitment. Selected candidates will be appointed in the E-3 IDA pay scale of Rs. 24,900-50,500 along with applicable allowances and benefits. BSNL SET Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(1) Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom) -

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree or an equivalent degree in Operations Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks on a regular full-time basis in any one of the following disciplines:
    Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical/ Instrumentation
    Or
  • Combination of these discipline as core with other associated emerging branches.

(2) Senior Executive Trainee (Finance) -

  • Charted Accountant (CA)
  • Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA)

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC (NCL): 33 years
  • SC/ ST: 35 years
  • PwBD (UR): 40 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 43 years

BSNL Senior Executive Trainee 2026 Pay Scale

  • Selected candidates will be recruited in the IDA Pay Scale (E-3) Rs. 24,900 - 50,500/- per month.
