IRCON International Limited has released for engagement of 26 Graduate and Diploma (Technician) Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This one-year apprenticeship training is meant for fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders in Civil, Electrical, and Signal & Telecommunication (S&T) disciplines. The apprenticeship will be carried out at IRCON project sites across various states in India. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 for Graduate Apprentices and Rs. 8,500 for Diploma Apprentices. Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the IRCON website and also submit a hard copy of the application within the prescribed dates.

IRCON Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  1. Graduate Apprentice: Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology stream.
  2. Technician Apprentice: Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology stream.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST - 5 years
  • OBC (NCL) - 3 years

Other Conditions:

  • Candidates must have passed their qualification in 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 only.
  • Candidates with 1 year or more job/training experience are not eligible.

IRCON Apprentice Recruitment 2026 How to Apply

Candidates must first register on www.mhrdnats.gov.in and obtain a registration number. Then, eligible candidates must apply online through IRCON's official website (www.ircon.org). To do this, they need to go to the HR & Career - Career @ IRCON - Apprentices under Act 1961 section and fill out the application form with accurate personal, educational, and other required information. Candidates must upload scanned copies of the necessary documents, photograph, and signature, and submit the online application form before the deadline. After successful submission, applicants must take a printout of the submitted application form, sign it, and send the hard copy along with self-attested photocopies of the required documents to the IRCON Corporate Office, New Delhi.
