Educational Qualification:
For Traffic Supervisor Trainee:
- Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
For Mechanical Supervisor Trainee:
- Candidates must have passed Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
OR - BE / B.Tech / AMIE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ ST/ BC/ EWS: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + length of service
Departmental (TGSRTC employees):

TGSRTC Recruitment Pay Scale 2025-26
The pay scale for both Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST) and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST) posts in TGSRTC is Rs. 27,080 to 81,400 as per the prescribed time scale. Candidates selected for these posts will first undergo a 12-month training period, during which they will receive a stipend equal to the minimum of the time scale of Deputy Superintendent (Traffic) or Deputy Superintendent (Mechanic).
