Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released the CLDCE 2026 (Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination) notification for recruitment to 205 Group 'C' posts including Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Driver. APSSB Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

(1) Lower Division Clerk & Junior Secretariat Assistant -

Qualification:

  • Candidates Must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.
  • Must be MTS with 8 years of regular service
    OR
  • Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service
  • Must qualify Typing Test: 35 WPM on computer

Age Limit:

  • MTS: Maximum 45 years (50 years for APST candidates)
  • Skilled Contingency Staff: Age limit decided by department.

(2) Driver -

    Qualification:

    • Candidates must have Class 8 pass certificate.
    • Must be Contingency Skilled Driver with 10 years service,
      OR
    • Handyman with 6 years regular service
    • Must have valid Driving License.

    Arunachal Pradesh SSB Group C 2026 Pay Scale

    Selected candidates will be appointed at Pay Matrix Level-4 and will receive a salary ranging from Rs. 25,500 to 81,100 per month. In addition to the basic salary, employees will also receive other allowances and benefits as applicable from time to time, according to the rules of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
