DBRAU Faculty Recruitment 2026; Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra, is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the 53 positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in 25 different subjects across various departments. This recruitment process will be conducted in accordance with UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE/PCI norms where applicable, and the rules of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. DBRAU Faculty Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

The educational qualifications for the Faculty positions at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, will be as per UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE 2019, PCI norms, and the rules of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must possess the required postgraduate degree, Ph.D., NET/SET, or equivalent qualification (as applicable to the post and subject). Eligible and interested candidates must apply online only through the official website of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, (dbrau.ac.in) by filling out the prescribed application form and uploading scanned copies of all the required documents. After completing the online application and paying the application fee, candidates must take a printout of the filled form, attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and documents, and send it to the office of the Registrar, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, via registered/speed post.

The selection process will include the following steps -

For Assistant Professor:

Two Phases:

Phase 1 (Shortlisting):

  • Academic Score + API Score - 100 marks
  • Written Test (Subject) - 40 marks

Phase 2:

  • Teaching Skill Assessment - 20 marks
  • Interview - 10 marks

For Associate Professor & Professor:

  • Shortlisting based on API/Research Score.
  • Interview.
