AIIMS Nagpur Senior Resident Vacancy 2026

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur has released notification for a total of 54 vacancies in various departments. The category-wise distribution includes 11 posts for UR, 18 for OBC, 12 for SC, 9 for ST and 4 posts for EWS candidates.

AIIMS Nagpur Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MDS) in the relevant discipline from a recognized University or Institute. For super speciality departments, MD/MS in the related subject is required, and candidates with DM/M.Ch can also apply. For Dentistry posts, BDS and MDS in the concerned specialty are required. Candidates must have valid NMC/MCI/MMC/DCI State Registration before joining.

Age Limit:

  • The upper age limit is 45 years as on 07 March 2026.

Age Relaxation: 

5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and additional relaxation for PwD candidates (5 years for General, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST).

AIIMS Nagpur SR 2026 Pay Scale 

  • Selected candidates will receive Rs.67,700 per month (Level-11, Cell-1 as per 7th CPC) plus usual allowances. Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) will be applicable if allowed under rules.

AIIMS Nagpur SR Recruitment Application Fee

  • General/ OBC/ EWS Candidates: Rs.500/-
  • SC/ ST Candidates: Rs.250/-
  • PwD Candidates: No Fee

Payment Mode: Fee must be paid through NEFT to AIIMS Exam Fee Account (Bank of Baroda, AIIMS Nagpur Campus Branch).

AIIMS Nagpur SR Recruitment 2026 How to Apply

Candidates will first have to deposit the application fee through NEFT in the AIIMS Examination Fee Account mentioned in the notification. After making the payment, they will have to fill the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) and upload the filled form, payment receipt and required documents through the Google Form link given in the advertisement on or before 07 March 2026 (5:00 PM). Applicants will have to bring the filled application form, original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.
