Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination with Science stream. It is compulsory to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects. Candidates belonging to the General category must secure at least 50% marks, while candidates from SC and ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

CSBC Bihar Constable Operator 2026 Pay Scale

Selected candidates will get pay under Pay Scale-3 of the Pay Matrix. The monthly pay scale ranges from Rs. 21,700 to 69,100, along with other allowances and benefits as per Bihar Government rules. In addition to basic pay, the employees will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other benefits applicable to Bihar Police personnel.
