Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(1) Ex-Servicemen Technician (Mechanical/ Electrical):

  • Diploma in relevant engineering trade (Regular mode only).
  • Diploma obtained before joining Armed Forces or awarded by IAF/Army/Navy.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance.

(2) Ex-Servicemen Technician (Aerodrome):

  • 10+2 / Intermediate/ equivalent examination in any stream/subject approved by Central/State Education Boards. Candidates conversant in English language will be preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in aerodrome / flight operations.

Age Limit (as on 10.12.2025):

  • Maximum Age: 28 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Military service period deducted + 3 years relaxation.
  • PwBD: 10 years relaxation.

Upper age limit with all relaxations:

  • 55 years (56 for PwBD)
