Eligible Professions of Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana 2026

Under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, a wide range of traditional professions have been included with the aim of providing assistance to artisans engaged in hereditary or family based occupations. These professions include carpenters, blacksmiths, goldsmiths, potters, cobblers, tailors, barbers, washermen, masons, basket makers, doll and toy makers, fishing net makers, and other similar skilled workers.

Eligibility of PM Vishwakarma Yojana 2026

The applicant must be an Indian citizen engaged in traditional crafts or handicrafts. The applicant must be 18 years of age or older and employed as a self-employed worker in the unorganized sector. Only one member per family shall be considered eligible for this benefit.

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
