Ayushman Sahakar Yojana 2026 Eligibility

To be eligible for the Ayushman Sahakar Yojana, an entity must be a registered cooperative society operating within India. It is desirable that the society's bye-laws contain provisions authorizing it to undertake healthcare-related activities, such as the operation of hospitals, clinics, or medical and nursing institutions. Furthermore, the cooperative society must be financially and managerially capable of implementing healthcare projects and must fulfill the guidelines prescribed by the 'National Cooperative Development Corporation' (NCDC) to avail itself of financial assistance under this scheme.

Ayushman Sahakar Yojana 2026 Application Process

To apply for the Ayushman Sahakar Yojana, a cooperative society must first identify a healthcare project such as the establishment or upgradation of a hospital and subsequently prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) encompassing technical, financial, and social aspects. This application must be submitted either through the State Government or directly via the official portal of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC). Upon submission of the application, the NCDC conducts a technical and financial evaluation of the proposal; once approved, financial assistance is disbursed in phases based on the progress of the project.

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
