Educational Qualification

(1) Assistant Foreman (E&T) (Trainee) -

  • Must have passed Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board
    and
  • Must have Diploma or higher qualification (minimum 3 years course) in Electronics Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.

(2) Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) (Trainee) -

  • Must have passed Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board
    and
  • Must have Diploma or higher qualification (minimum 3 years course) in Mechanical Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.

(3) Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) -

  • Must have passed Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board
    and
  • Must have Diploma or higher qualification (minimum 3 years course) in Electrical Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

NCL Assistant Foreman 2026 Pay Scale

The selected candidates will receive a minimum basic salary of Rs.47,330.25 per month during the training period as per NCWA-XI pay scale. In addition to the basic salary, the employees will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Attendance Bonus, Special Allowance, Transport Subsidy, Medical Facilities and other company benefits.
