ANIIMS Faculty Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates must have:

  • Be Indian citizen/OCI cardholder
  • Have MBBS/BDS + MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch/PhD as per post
  • Registered with NMC/State Medical Council
  • Required teaching/research experience as per NMC regulations
  • Experience counted till last date of application.

ANIIMS Faculty 2026 Pay Scale 

(1) Professor

  • Fixed monthly salary: Rs.2,75,000/-
  • Extra Academic/Special duty allowance: Rs.30,000/- per month
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Rs.20,000/- per month

(2) Associate Professor

  • Fixed monthly salary: Rs.2,50,000/-
  • Extra Academic/Special duty allowance: Rs.25,000/- per month
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Rs.18,000/- per month

(3) Assistant Professor

  • Fixed monthly salary: Rs.2,05,000/-
  • Extra Academic/Special duty allowance: Rs.20,000/- per month
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Rs.16,000/- per month

ANIIMS Recruitment Application Fee

All the candidates applying will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000. The fee should be deposited through bank transfer to ANIIMS Revenue Account at State Bank of India (SBI), Port Blair Branch and candidates should attach the transaction receipt or proof of payment with their application form.

ANIIMS Faculty Recruitment 2026 How to Apply

Eligible candidates must first fill out the prescribed application form and attach all required self-attested documents such as educational certificates, registration certificates, experience proofs, photo ID, recent passport-size photograph, and application fee receipt. The completed application should be scanned and combined into a single PDF file (maximum 5 MB) and sent by email to recruitment.aniims@gmail.com before the cut-off date. After sending the soft copy, candidates must also send the hard copy of the same application with enclosures by Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier to The Director, ANIIMS, DHS Annexe Building, Atlanta Point, Sri Vijaya Puram - 744104.
