NBCC Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
(1) General Manager (Engineering):
- Candidates must have a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a Government-recognized University or Institute. They should also have at least 15 years of experience in PMC, EPC, Real Estate, or Infrastructure projects.
(2) Manager (Architecture & Planning):
- Applicants must have a full-time Degree in Architecture from a Government-recognized Institute or University with at least 60% marks. They must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and designing work.
(3) Deputy Manager (Company Secretary):
- Candidates must be a qualified Company Secretary. In addition, they should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
(4) Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication):
- Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma (2 years) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Public Relations from a Government-recognized Institute or University with at least 60% marks. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
(5) Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha):
- Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR a Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University. They must also have a Diploma in Translation and at least 2 years of experience in translation work.
(6) Assistant Manager (HRM):
- Applicants must have a full-time MBA, MSW, or a 2-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management from a Government-recognized University or Institute with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management (PM), or Industrial Relations (IR) as a major subject and minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years of experience.
(7) Senior Project Executive (Civil):
- Candidates must have a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Government-recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks. They must also have 2 years of experience in PMC, EPC, Real Estate, or Infrastructure projects.
(8) Assistant Manager (PHE):
- Applicants must have a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks along with a Master's Degree in Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering from a Government-recognized Institute/University. They should have at least 2 years of experience.
(9) Graduate Assistant (IT/CS/Networking/Systems Administration):
- Candidates must have a full-time degree in any discipline along with a minimum one-year certificate or diploma course in hardware, networking, system administration, software development, or programming. They must also have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
(10) Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Applicants must have a three-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized Institute/University with at least 60% marks.
(11) Junior Engineer (Electrical):
- Candidates must have a three-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government-recognized Institute/University with at least 60% marks.
(12) Junior Engineer (Mechanical):
- Applicants must have a three-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government-recognized Institute/University with at least 60% marks.
