West Bengal Directorate of Security Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
  • Must have a valid Four-Wheeler Driving License.
  • Must have minimum 2 years driving experience in Government / Quasi-Government / Registered Private Ltd. Company.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 21 years

  • Selected candidates for the post of Driver (Contractual) will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 12,569/-. This amount is fixed for the 3-month contractual period. 

Directorate of Security Driver Recruitment 2026 How to Apply 

Candidates must download the prescribed application form from the WB Police official website wbpolice.gov.in and print it on white A4 paper. The form should be filled in capital letters and a recent passport-size photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm) must be pasted in the given space. Applicants need to attach self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, valid Driving License, educational qualification certificates, and experience certificate. The completed application form must be submitted personally (not by post) in the DROP BOX at the MT Section, Directorate of Security, 31/A Belvedere Road, Alipore, Kolkata - 700027, before 5:00 PM on 27.02.2026.
