Educational Qualification:

(1) CHO (Nursing - Integrated BPCCHN Course, 2021 or after)

  • B.Sc. Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN (2021 or later)
  • Recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council
  • Valid Registration/Provisional Certificate from WBNC

(2) CHO (GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing before 2021)

  • Passed GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing before 2021
  • Registration Certificate from WBNC
  • Must undergo CPCH training after selection

(3) CHO (BAMS)

  • Passed BAMS from recognized Institute/University
  • Registration Certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad (WB Ayurved Council)

DHFWS Uttar Dinajpur CHO 2026 Salary 

The selected candidates for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO) under the District Health & Family Welfare Samiti will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000 per month after joining at the Health & Wellness Centre. In addition to this fixed remuneration, they are eligible to receive up to Rs.5,000 per month as Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) based on approved performance parameters. For candidates who need to undergo compulsory CPCH training, a stipend of Rs.10,000 per month will be provided during the training period.
