Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Transmission Business Group (TBG), Noida, has published the recruitment of 23 Fixed Tenure Appointment (FTA) Grade III Supervisors for Electrical, Civil, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) departments across various project sites in India. This appointment is purely temporary. Candidates must possess a full-time diploma in the relevant engineering/safety discipline with the required percentage of marks and a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience. BHEL Supervisor Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

(1) Supervisor (Electrical) -

  • Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from recognized Indian University/ Institute.
  • Experience: 2 years experience in installation/commissioning of power plant systems, PLC/SCADA, substations, etc.

(2) Supervisor (Civil) -

  • Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Indian University/ Institute.
  • Experience: 2 years experience in power projects/switch yards/industrial construction.

(3) Supervisor (Safety/ HSE) -

Qualification: 

  • Diploma in any Engineering/Technology (60% Gen/OBC/EWS, 50% SC/ST)
    and
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety (with construction safety paper)

Experience: 2 years safety experience at construction sites

Age Limit:

  • Supervisor (Electrical) - 30 years
  • Supervisor (Civil) - 30 years
  • Supervisor (Safety/ HSE) - 34 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwD: 10-15 years
