HPSC Assistant Engineer Vacancy 2026

Under HPSC Assistant Engineer (Civil) Recruitment 2026, a total of 50 vacancies have been announced for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) (Group-B) in the Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana.

Haryana PSC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from a UGC recognized and AICTE approved university. 
  • Candidates who have obtained their degree through distance education are not eligible. However, candidates who enrolled in AMIE before 31.05.2013 and passed are eligible. In addition, the candidate must have Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric or higher level.

Age Limit (As on 12.02.2026):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, BC, EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Haryana Govt employees as per Haryana Government rules.

HPSC Recruitment Pay Scale 

  • Selected candidates will get salary in Pay Matrix Level-9 with a pay scale of Rs. 53,100 to 1,67,800 per month and other Haryana Government allowances.

Haryana Public Service Commission Recruitment Application Fee

  • All Remaining Candidates: Rs.1000/-
  • DESM Candidate of Haryana from General (UR) Category: Rs.1000/-
  • Candidates belonging to OSC, DSC, BC-A (Non-Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS, and all women candidates of Haryana: Rs.250/-
  • DESM Candidates of Haryana who belong to reserved categories like OSC, DSC, BC-A, BC-B, ESM, or EWS: Rs.250/-
  • PwBD candidate of Haryana (40% or more disability): No Fee

Haryana PSC Assistant Engineer Selection Process 2026
