Educational Qualification:
- For most departments: As per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines.
- For ICU/NICU/PICU/Medical Oncology:
MD/MS/DNB/Diploma preferred
OR
MBBS with minimum 3 years experience in relevant department can apply.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 45 years.
ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment Pay Scale
The selected candidates for the post of Senior Resident will receive a fixed basic pay of Rs.67,700 per month (Level 11) along with NPA, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other applicable allowances including DA on TA. After including all these components, the total estimated monthly salary amounts to approximately Rs.1,39,462.
