Electrician: ITI pass in Electrician Trade.

CSIR NML MTS Recruitment Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-1 of the 7th Pay Commission with a basic pay of Rs. 18,000 to 56,900 per month. The approximate total monthly emoluments are around ₹36,000, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance, as applicable in a ‘Y’ class city .
NML MTS Recruitment Application Fee
The application fee is Rs. 500 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. SC, ST, PwBD, Women candidates, CSIR employees, and eligible Ex-Servicemen are fully exempted from paying the application fee. The fee must be paid online through SBI Collect.

CSIR NML Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Selection will be based only on a Computer Based Objective Written Examination. The exam will be of Class 10 level, consisting of 150 questions for 450 marks. Subjects include General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language. Each correct answer carries 3 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. The final merit list will be prepared purely on written exam performance .
