CSL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have SSLC (10th Pass) + ITI (NTC) in relevant trade from recognized institute.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in relevant trade.
  • Apprenticeship training is also counted as experience (but not for higher pay).

Age Limit (as on 07 Feb 2026):

  • Maximum Age: 45 years

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD & Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt rules (max 50 years)

CSL Fabrication Assistant & Outfit Assistant 2026 Pay Scale 

The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 23,300 per month for those who have the minimum required experience of three years. In addition to this, they will also be eligible for extra hour work compensation of up to Rs. 5,830 per month, depending on the work assigned.
