Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 9 years of combined experience at District/State/National level in:
- Panchayat Governance.
- Rural Development programmes.
- Decentralised Planning.
- Capacity Building & Training (CB&T) of Panchayats.
- Development of women, children and backward sections in rural areas.
(2) Capacity Building Consultant
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of combined experience at District/State/National level in:
- Panchayat Governance.
- Rural Development programmes.
- Decentralised Planning.
- Capacity Building & Training (CB&T) of Panchayats.
- Development of women, children and backward sections in rural areas.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 50 years as on 31.12.2025.
- Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD as per Govt rules.
