National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), Hyderabad has issued a government recruitment notification for a total of 98 positions under its 'School of Excellence in Panchayati Raj (SoEPR)' project. The positions are for Senior Capacity Building Consultant (10 posts) and Capacity Building Consultant (88 posts). NIRDPR Hyderabad Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

(1) Senior Capacity Building Consultant

Educational Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 9 years of combined experience at District/State/National level in:

  • Panchayat Governance.
  • Rural Development programmes.
  • Decentralised Planning.
  • Capacity Building & Training (CB&T) of Panchayats.
  • Development of women, children and backward sections in rural areas.

(2) Capacity Building Consultant

Educational Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of combined experience at District/State/National level in:

  • Panchayat Governance.
  • Rural Development programmes.
  • Decentralised Planning.
  • Capacity Building & Training (CB&T) of Panchayats.
  • Development of women, children and backward sections in rural areas.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 50 years as on 31.12.2025.
  • Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD as per Govt rules.

NIRDPR Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale 

(1) Senior Capacity Building Consultant

  • Rs. 75,000/- per month + Travel & Tour Allowance

(2) Capacity Building Consultant

  • Rs. 60,000/- per month + Travel & Tour Allowance

  • SC/ ST/ PwD Category: No Fee
