Karnataka Health Promotion Trust (KHPT) is inviting applications for 40 Community Organizer (female) positions and 01 Communication and Documentation Officer position under their Sukshema 2.0 project. This three-year project focuses on improving the health and well-being of adolescent girls, young women, mothers, and children through a life-cycle and empowerment-based approach. Karnataka Health Promotion Trust Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

(1) Community Organizer (Female)

Qualification: 

  • Minimum PUC passed or any other relevant degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing health-related programs

Age Limit:

  • 18 to 35 years

Residency Requirement:

  • Must be a resident of the concerned village or Gram Panchayat area.

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Kannada is a must, and Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu is desired.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and community organizing skills are essential.
  • The willingness and ability to travel extensively to villages within the Gram Panchayat are necessary.
  • Knowledge of using smartphones for data collection and report generation is desirable.

(2) Communication and Documentation Officer 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in communication/documentation/media.

Skills Required:

  • Strong writing and editing skills in Kannada and English.
  • Photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva preferred).
  • Good digital, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Sensitivity to gender issues, child rights, and community work.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
