ESIC 41 Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Notification Out

Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, has published a walk-in interview for the recruitment of contractual 41 Teaching Faculty. This recruitment process includes positions for Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in various pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical departments. Retired armed forces medical teachers are also eligible to apply. The walk-in interviews will be held on December 23rd and 24th, 2025, at the Dean's office of ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur.

ESIC Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the academic qualifications and teaching/research experience as prescribed in the NMC Gazette Notification dated 30.06.2025. Both serving medical professionals and retired Army Medical Teachers are eligible. 

Age Limit:

  • The upper age limit is 67 years as on the date of walk-in interview.

ESIC Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive consolidated remuneration as per 7th CPC, including applicable allowances:

  • Professor (Level-13): Rs. 1,23,100/-
  • Associate Professor (Level-12): Rs. 78,800/-
  • Assistant Professor (Level-11): Rs. 67,700/-

Allowances such as NPA (20%), DA (55%), HRA (20%), and TA will be applicable wherever admissible.

ESIC Teaching Faculty Application Fee 2025

  • All other categories: Rs. 225/-
  • SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Female/ Ex-Servicemen: Nil

Payment Mode: The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1”, payable at Jaipur. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

ESIC Recruitment 2025 How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates must appear directly for the walk-in interview on the scheduled date. Applicants should bring:

  • Duly filled application form (Performa as annexed)
  • Demand Draft (if applicable)
  • All original documents along with self-attested photocopies
  • 02 passport-size photographs

ESIC Selection Process 2025

The selection will be made purely on the basis of performance in the walk-in interview conducted by the ESIC Selection Board. There will be no written examination. The final result will be published on the official ESIC website.
