Eligibility Criteria for IIMC Non-Teaching Recruitment

(1) Library & Information Officer

Qualification: 

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science from a recognized university.
  • Must have minimum 5 years professional experience.

Age Limit: 

  • Maximum Age: 40 years

(2) Assistant Editor (Deputation)

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Journalism / Communication / Social Science / Literature.
  • 5 years experience.

Age Limit: 

  • Maximum Age: 56 years

(3) Assistant Registrar

Qualification: 

  • Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 40 years

(4) Section Officer

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 3 years as Assistant (Level-6)
    OR
  • 8 years as UDC (Level-4) in Govt./PSU/University/Autonomous bodies

  • Must know computer operation, noting & drafting.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

(5) Senior Research Assistant

Qualification: 

  • Master’s Degree in Mass Communication / Sociology / Anthropology / Psychology / Social Sciences.
  • 3 years research experience in relevant field.

(6) Assistant

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized University/Institution
  • 3 years experience as UDC (Level-4) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Typing, Computer applications, noting and drafting.

WCD Puducherry 618 Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Recruitment 2025

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project. These positions are open only to female candidates who are Natives/Residents of the Union Territory of Puducherry and belong to the local community of the respective Anganwadi centre. The recruitment is on an honorarium basis, and selection will be done purely on merit, based on the marks obtained in Class XII.
