Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Journalism / Communication / Social Science / Literature.
- 5 years experience.

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

OR - 8 years as UDC (Level-4) in Govt./PSU/University/Autonomous bodies
