ESIC 52 Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 Notification Out

ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad has released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Residents in various Super Specialty Departments on a contract basis for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance and approval. A total of 52 vacancies are available across departments such as Cardiology, Critical Care Medicine, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Medical Oncology, Urology, Burns & Plastic Surgery, and others. Eligible candidates must possess the required NMC/MCI-recognized qualifications (DM/MCh/DNB/MD/MS), have updated medical registration. Interested candidates must report with a filled offline application form and documents for verification. The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview starting on 11 December 2025, and thereafter every Thursday until all vacancies are filled.

ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Must be as per the latest NMC/MCI guidelines, meaning candidates should possess a DM/MCh/DrNB/FNB in the relevant super specialty. However, if suitable super specialty candidates are not available, those with qualifications from the parent broad specialty - MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject may also be considered.

Age Limit:

  • Not exceeding 45 years.

ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment - Pay Scale

  • The consolidated pay for the post is Rs. 1,48,669/- per month as on the date of the advertisement. 

ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment - Application Fee

  • All Others: Rs. 500/-
  • SC/ST/Female/PwD/ESIC Employees: No Fee

Payment Mode: Through DD in favour of ESI Fund A/c 1, Faridabad.

ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 - How to Apply 

Candidates must submit a completed offline application form (attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of required documents as specified in Clause (J) and the provided checklist at the time of document verification.

Only those candidates whose documents are successfully verified by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear for the interview.

Required Documents:

Candidates must appear before the Document Verification Committee on the interview date before being allowed to attend the interview. They are required to submit their offline application form (attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of all documents listed for verification:

  1. 10th certificate (DOB proof)
  2. MBBS degree + all marksheets/attempt certificates
  3. MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh degree + marksheets
  4. Updated NMC/State Medical Council registration
  5. Valid caste certificate (EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD)
  6. Experience certificate
  7. Passport-size photo
  8. Aadhaar Card
  9. NOC/Relieving letter (if employed)

ESIC Medical College & Hospital Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their academic qualifications and performance in the interview, which will be conducted by the duly constituted Selection Board. The results will be published only in the Recruitment section of the ESIC website (www.esic.gov.in). (iii) The offer of employment will be sent via e-mail only and selected candidates must join as per the instructions mentioned in the offer.
