Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released a notification for 650 posts of Assistant (Panel Year 2025) across various offices in India. Eligible graduates between 20 and 28 years of age. Eligibility Criteria for Reserve Bank of India Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Knowledge of word processing on PC.
  • Must be proficient in the local language of the state applied for.

Age Limit (As on 01 February 2026):

  • Minimum Age: 20 years

Pay Scale for RBI Assistant 2026

Selected candidates for the post of Assistant in Reserve Bank of India will receive a basic salary of Rs.29,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs.29,000-78,640. The basic gross monthly salary is approximately Rs.58,514, excluding HRA. In addition to the basic salary, employees are eligible for house rent allowance (15% if RBI does not provide accommodation), medical facilities, holiday rent concession, festival advance and other benefits as per the bank's rules.
