- Officers of Central/State Govt/UT holding analogous post or with 5 years service in Level 12.
- Degree from recognized university.
- 12 years in administration, establishment or accounts matters.
(2) Joint Director (Accounts) -
- Officers holding analogous post or 5 years service in Level 12.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years in accounts, finance management and budgeting.
(3) Additional Chief Construction Engineer (Addl CCE) -
- Officers holding analogous post or 5 years service in Level 12 (Civilian/Service Officers).
- Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
- 10 years in planning/execution of civil works or estate management in Govt/Semi-Govt organizations.
(4) Senior Accounts Officer Grade II -
- Officers holding analogous post or 2 years in Level 9 or 4 years in Level 8.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years in accounts/finance/budgeting.
(5) Administrative Officer -
- Officers holding analogous post or 5 years in Level 6.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years in administration/accounts/establishment matters.
(6) Stores Officer -
