BFUHS Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(1) Staff Nurse -

  • Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (12th) and should have a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). They must also be registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council.

(2) Medical Lab Technician - 

  • Candidates must have passed 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and should have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 or 3 years) OR a B.Sc (MLT) degree. Preference may be given to candidates with a B.Sc (MLT) degree.

(3) Operation Theatre Assistant - 

  • Candidates must have passed 12th with Science and must hold a Diploma in Operation Theatre Technique from a recognized institution.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 37 Years

  • Staff Nurse: Rs. 29,200/-
  • Medical Lab Technician: Rs. 21,700/-
  • Operation Theatre Assistant: Rs. 21,700/-

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
