VMC Lifeguard cum Trainer Recruitment 2025 for 24 Vacancies

Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has published a Walk-in Interview for the recruitment of 24 Male and Female Lifeguard cum Trainer for its swimming pools. The appointments are purely temporary and contractual, to be made on an emergency basis for a period of 11 months. The recruitment is for both full-time and part-time positions, and preference will be given to full-time candidates during selection. Applicants must have passed SSC (10th standard), possess strong swimming skills, and have knowledge of lifesaving and artificial respiration techniques. The walk-in interview will be held on 05 January 2026 at Sama Sports Complex Swimming Pool, Vadodara.

Vadodara Municipal Corporation Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed SSC (10th Standard).
  • Must be an experienced swimmer and capable of teaching all swimming styles.
  • Should have knowledge of lifesaving techniques, including:
    Rescuing drowning persons.
    Artificial respiration (CPR and related methods).

(1) Male Lifeguard cum Trainer:-

Eligible candidates can apply by directly attending the walk-in interview on the scheduled date and time. Interested applicants must report to the interview venue with their original educational, age, and experience certificates, along with self-attested photocopies of all documents. Candidates are also required to carry one recent passport-size photograph and swimming costume for the swimming practical test.
