National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, has issued a notification for recruitment to the post of Manager (Technical) on a deputation basis. There are a total of 30 Group ‘A’ vacancies in the Level 11 pay scale (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) as per the Seventh Pay Commission. Eligible officers with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of three years of experience in the implementation of highway and road-related infrastructure projects can apply for this recruitment. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only through the official NHAI website from December 22, 2025, to January 21, 2026. The hard copy of the application form must reach the NHAI, New Delhi, by February 20, 2026.

NHAI Manager (Technical) Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

  • The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has published a total of 30 vacancies for the post of Manager (Technical) to be filled on a deputation basis.

NHAI Manager (Technical) Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. 

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways or Roads or Bridges.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects will be given preference.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: Not exceeding 56 years.

Candidate must have more than 2 years of service remaining before superannuation as on the closing date.

National Highways Authority of India Recruitment Pay Scale 2025

Selected candidates will be placed in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix, with a salary range of Rs. 67,700 to 2,08,700 per month. In addition to the basic pay, officers appointed on deputation will be entitled to applicable deputation allowances and other benefits as per Government of India and NHAI rules.
