This recruitment aims to provide one year of practical training to eligible candidates in various technical and non-technical disciplines at IOCL locations across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Indian Oil Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
(1) Trade Apprentice (ITI) -
- Matric (10th) + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized)
(2) Technician Apprentice -
- 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
Minimum marks:
- 50% (UR / EWS / OBC-NCL)
- 45% (SC / ST / PwBD)
(3) Graduate Apprentice -
- Full-time Graduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum marks:
- 50% (UR / EWS / OBC-NCL)
- 45% (SC / ST / PwBD)
(4) Data Entry Operator -
- 12th pass (below graduate).
- Skill Certificate required.

IOCL Limited Recruitment Stipend 2025-26
Graduate Apprentice:
- Rs. 4,500/month paid by BOAT (DBT).
- Remaining amount paid by IOCL.
Technician Apprentice:

- Remaining amount paid by IOCL.
Trade Apprentice:
- Full stipend paid by IOCL.
Additional Rs. 2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses.
IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 How to Apply
Eligible candidates must apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal between December 27, 2025 (10:00 AM) and January 12, 2026 (5:00 PM). After completing the application on the respective NAPS/NATS portal, candidates must submit their personal details, preferred state, and three preferred locations through the Microsoft Office form available at the provided link by January 12, 2026 (5:00 PM).
IOCL Apprentice 2025-26 Selection Process
The IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 selection process will be based entirely on merit and will not include any written test or interview. Candidates who have registered and applied through the NAPS/NATS portal and meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination for their respective disciplines.
