Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division - Northern Region, has released an official notification for engagement of 501 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices for the 2025-26 session under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This recruitment aims to provide one year of practical training to eligible candidates in various technical and non-technical disciplines at IOCL locations across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Eligible candidates can apply only online through the NAPS portal or the NATS portal. The applications can be submitted from 27th December 2025 to 12th January 2026.

Indian Oil Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(1) Trade Apprentice (ITI) -

  • Matric (10th) + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized)

(2) Technician Apprentice -

  • 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline

Minimum marks:

  • 50% (UR / EWS / OBC-NCL)
  • 45% (SC / ST / PwBD)

(3) Graduate Apprentice -

  • Full-time Graduate degree in any discipline.

Minimum marks:

  • 50% (UR / EWS / OBC-NCL)
  • 45% (SC / ST / PwBD)

(4) Data Entry Operator -

  • 12th pass (below graduate).
  • Skill Certificate required.

Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ ST: 5 years
  • OBC-NCL: 3 years

PwBD:

  • UR: 10 years

IOCL Limited Recruitment Stipend 2025-26 

Graduate Apprentice:

  • Rs. 4,500/month paid by BOAT (DBT).
  • Remaining amount paid by IOCL.

Technician Apprentice:

  • Rs. 4,000/month paid by BOAT (DBT).
  • Remaining amount paid by IOCL.

Trade Apprentice:

  • Full stipend paid by IOCL.

Additional Rs. 2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses.

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 How to Apply

Eligible candidates must apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal between December 27, 2025 (10:00 AM) and January 12, 2026 (5:00 PM). After completing the application on the respective NAPS/NATS portal, candidates must submit their personal details, preferred state, and three preferred locations through the Microsoft Office form available at the provided link by January 12, 2026 (5:00 PM).

IOCL Apprentice 2025-26 Selection Process

The IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 selection process will be based entirely on merit and will not include any written test or interview. Candidates who have registered and applied through the NAPS/NATS portal and meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination for their respective disciplines.

WCD Puducherry 618 Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Recruitment 2025

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project. These positions are open only to female candidates who are Natives/Residents of the Union Territory of Puducherry and belong to the local community of the respective Anganwadi centre.
