Educational Qualification:

(1) Trainee Engineer-I

  • Must have B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering (4-year course)
  • Degree must be in the relevant discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, CS, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
  • Degree should be from an AICTE / UGC approved institute.

(2) Trainee Officer-I (Finance)

  • MBA in Finance with Pass class.

  • General/ EWS Candidates: Maximum 28 years.

BEL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for BEL Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I recruitment is conducted through a pre-registered walk-in selection method, consisting solely of a written test. Candidates must first complete online pre-registration through the QR code within the specified date and then appear in person at the BEL Ghaziabad center on the designated day. The written test will be of 100 marks, with a negative marking of ¼ mark for each incorrect answer.
