JIPMER Junior Resident Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must:

  • Have passed MBBS degree (including completion of one-year compulsory internship).
  • Degree must be recognized by Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission.
  • MBBS (including internship) must be completed between 01.03.2023 and 28.02.2026.
  • Must have valid Medical Council registration.
  • Candidates who already completed 1 year of Junior Residency in any Government/ Autonomous body are not eligible.

JIPMER Junior Resident Recruitment 2026 How to Apply

Eligible and interested candidates have to register through the Google Form link available on the official website www.jipmer.edu.in under the Recruitment Department on or before 27th February 2026 (3:00 PM). Applicants have to read the advertisement carefully, fill all the personal and educational details correctly and upload the required documents like age proof, MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, medical registration certificate, category certificate (if applicable), a recent photograph and signature in the prescribed format. After filling the form, candidates have to submit the application fee online through SBI. The payment receipt has to be collected and uploaded and the application is to be submitted.
