Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI), a Government of India enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, has invited applications for 50 Trade Apprentice posts at Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu. The recruitment is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for one-year apprenticeship training in trades like Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, COPA, Machinist, Draughtsman and others. BHAVINI Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(1) Fitter -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 education system or its equivalent.
  • Candidates must have an ITI Pass Certificate in Fitter Trade.

(2) Machinist -

  • Candidates should have passed 10th class with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They must also have an ITI Pass Certificate in Machinist Trade.

(3) Digital Photographer / Photographer -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class under the 10+2 system or its equivalent. Some posts require 10th with Science (Physics and Chemistry). 
  • Candidates must also hold an ITI Pass Certificate in Digital Photographer / Photographer Trade.

(4) Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant) / Fitter -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They should have an ITI Pass Certificate in Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant) or ITI Pass Certificate in Fitter Trade.

(5) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They must also possess an ITI Pass Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) Trade.

(6) Instrument Mechanic -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class under the 10+2 system or equivalent.
  • They must hold an ITI Pass Certificate in Instrument Mechanic Trade.

(7) Electrician -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They must also have an ITI Pass Certificate in Electrician Trade.

(8) Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They must also hold an ITI Pass Certificate in Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade.

(9) Draughtsman (Mechanical) -

  • Candidates must have passed 10th class with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent. 
  • They must also have an ITI Pass Certificate in Draughtsman (Mechanical) Trade.

Age Limit (As on 16.03.2026):

  • Minimum Age: 16 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years (General/EWS)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST - 5 years
  • OBC (NCL) - 3 years
  • PwBD - 10 years

BHAVINI Trade Apprentice Salary 2026

  • Selected candidates engaged as Trade Apprentices will receive a minimum monthly stipend of Rs. 9,600 during the one-year training period.

Interested and eligible candidates must first register themselves on the Apprenticeship portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and complete their Aadhaar verification to obtain a unique enrolment ID. After registration, candidates should download the prescribed application form from the official website bhavini.nic.in, fill it carefully in the given format, and attach self-attested copies of required documents such as 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate and mark sheet, community certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, conduct certificates, passport-size photographs, and Aadhaar verification screenshot. The duly filled application form must be sent by post to the Sr. Manager (HR), Recruitment Section, BHAVINI, Kalpakkam - 603102, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu by 16 March 2026.

WCD Puducherry 618 Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Recruitment 2025

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
