Supreme Court of India Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must be a law graduate (before assuming the duties as a Law Clerk), and must possess a bachelor's degree in law (including integrated degree courses in law) from any school/college/university/institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an advocate.
Final year students of 5-year (5th year) or 3-year (3rd year) law course can also apply, but must complete the degree before joining.
Candidates Must have good research, writing, analytical skills and knowledge of legal databases and computers.

The candidates selected for the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate in the Supreme Court of India will be paid a fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000 per month during the entire period of their contractual assignment for the 2026-2027 term.

Supreme Court Law Clerk Recruitment Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application and test fee of Rs. 750 along with applicable bank charges.
