  • South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has published a total of 66 vacancies for the post of Security Guard (Tech. & Sup. Grade "G").

SECL Security Guard Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates Must have passed VII (7th) Standard.

Experience & Service Conditions:

  • Only permanent SECL employees can apply.
  • Must be physically fit for Security Guard duty.

Must have:

  • 240 days surface OR 190 days underground attendance in 2025 (pro-rata if less than 1 year service)
  • ACR for 2025-26 should not be poor.

Employees working in eligible grades such as DR Category I to VI, DR Executive Grade E, and MR T&S Grade G and H can apply for this recruitment.

SECL Security Guard Physical Fitness Test Details 

(i) Height -

  • For General: 5'5"
  • For SC/ST: 5'3" Height for tribal population 5-3"

(ii) Chest -

  • For General: 32"-34" 
  • For SC/ST : 30"-32"
    (These physical standard/norms will be applicable irrespective of gender.)
