NALCO Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 

  • Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
  • Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical/ Power/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry.
  • Manager (Electronics & Instrumentation): Degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical & related branches.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 38 years as on 02.02.2026.
  • Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per rules.

NALCO Manager 2026 Pay Scale

Candidates selected for the Manager (E03 Grade) position at NALCO will be appointed on a pay scale of Rs. 80,000 to 2,20,000 (IDA pattern). In addition to the basic pay, they will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), perks equivalent to 35% of the basic pay, performance-based pay, and other benefits such as house rent allowance.
