NALCO Manager 2026 Pay Scale
Candidates selected for the Manager (E03 Grade) position at NALCO will be appointed on a pay scale of Rs. 80,000 to 2,20,000 (IDA pattern). In addition to the basic pay, they will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), perks equivalent to 35% of the basic pay, performance-based pay, and other benefits such as house rent allowance.
