Exim Bank MT Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have:

  • Graduation (minimum 3 years) with 60% marks,
    AND
  • Post Graduation (2 years full-time) MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade with 60% marks,
    OR
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) (ICAI membership mandatory)

Exim Bank Management Trainee Pay Scale 2026

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 65,000 during the one-year training period. After successfully completing the training, they will be absorbed as Deputy Manager (JM-I) in the Bank and will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 48,480 - 85,920, along with applicable allowances, perquisites, and benefits as per the Bank’s rules and the IBA norms.
