Central Bank of India has released a recruitment notification for the 350 posts of Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III) and Marketing Officer (Scale I) in the Specialist Category on a regular basis. The selection will be done through an online written test and personal interview. Central Bank of India Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

(1) Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)

Qualification: 

  • Full-time Graduation in any discipline from an AICTE / UGC approved University/College.
  • Candidates with professional qualifications such as CFA/CA and MBA in the relevant field will be given preference.

Mandatory Certification:

  • Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Forex / Treasury / International Banking.

(2) Marketing Officer (Scale I)

Qualification: 

  • Full-time Graduation from AICTE / UGC approved University/College.
  • 2 years Full-time MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM.
  • Specialization must be in Marketing.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Out of which minimum 1 year continuous experience in Marketing
  • Must be in BFSI sector (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance)
  • Must be currently working in marketing domain

Age Limit:

Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III):

  • Minimum Age: 25 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years

Marketing Officer (Scale I):

  • Minimum Age: 22 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years 

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ ST - 5 years
  • OBC - 3 years
  • PwBD/ Divyangjan - 10 years
  • Children / Family members of those who died in the 1984 riots - 5 years
  • Ex-Servicemen/ Commissioned Officers (including ECOs / SSCOs) - 5 years
