SLPRB Assam Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Forester Grade-I: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized University or equivalent.
- Sub Officer & WO/WT: H.S. (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council.
- Fireman & Emergency Rescuer: H.S. (Science) passed from a recognized Board or Council.
- Forest Guard, Game Watcher, Constable (UB): H.S. (10+2) or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
- AFPF, Grade-III Constable, Bandman, Bugler, Boatman: HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
- Constable Grade-III/Bandman/Bugler: Home Guard or NCC 'A' Certificate required.
- Boatman: HSLC Paased + Swimming proficiency.

Assam Police Recruitment Pay Scale
For Forester Grade-I, Forest Guard, Game Watcher, AFPF Constable, APRO Constable, Fireman, Emergency Rescuer, Constable (Grade-III), Bandman, Bugler and Sub-Officer are placed in the pay scale of Rs.14,000 to 70,000 (Pay Band-2) along with applicable Grade Pay ranging from Rs.4,400 to 6,400 and other allowances. The Boatman post comes under Pay Band-1 with pay scale of Rs.12,000 to 52,000 plus Grade Pay.

First, applicants need to complete a one-time registration using their personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, Aadhaar number, employment exchange number, etc., after which an application ID will be generated.
