The selected candidates will be posted in various Municipalities and Municipal Corporations across West Bengal. Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in Dental / Nursing

  • Master’s Degree in Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics)
    OR 
  • Master’s Degree in Economics
    OR
  • Graduation in Social Science with Master’s in Public Health / Community Health / Preventive & Social Medicine
    OR
  • Graduation in any discipline with MBA in Human Resource / Health Care.

Experience:

  • 02 years of experience in health program management in disease surveillance/community mobilization/inter-sectoral collaboration/IEC-BCC activities/quality control/monitoring and evaluation.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
  • Must have knowledge of local languages.

Age limit: 

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years

WBSHFWS Public Health Manager Pay Scale 2025

  • A fixed monthly salary of Rs. 35,000 per month is paid for the post of Public Health Manager.
