State Bank of India (SBI) has released the latest notification for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) in Wealth Management on a contract basis. There are a total of 996 vacancies for VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager), AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager), and Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) across different circles of SBI. State Bank of India has published a total of 996 vacancies under the Specialist Cadre Officers (Wealth Management) on a contract basis. The post-wise vacancies are as follows:

  • VP Wealth (SRM) - 506
  • AVP Wealth (RM) - 206
  • Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - 284

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Bank Recruitment

(1) VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager) -

Education (Mandatory): 

  • Graduation from a recognized University.

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA (Finance/Banking/Marketing) with 60%
  • Certifications: NISM VA/XXI-A, CFP, CFA

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years in sales/marketing in Banks/Wealth firms/AMCs.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 26 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years

(2) AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager) -

Qualification (Mandatory): 

  • Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing in Banks/Wealth Firms/AMC
    OR
  • SBI CRE with 4 years’ experience

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 23 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years

(3) Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) -

Qualification (Mandatory): 

  • Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.

Experience:

  • Experience in financial product documentation preferred.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years

Pay Scale for SBI Recruitment 2025

  • VP Wealth (SRM) - Rs. 44.70 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
  • AVP Wealth (RM) - Rs. 30.20 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
  • Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Rs. 6.20 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
