National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has released for the recruitment of 110 Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in three engineering disciplines.

NALCO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from a UGC-recognised university or AICTE-approved institution. Applicants must have secured at least 65% marks for UR, EWS, and OBC (NCL) categories and 55% marks for SC, ST, and PwBD categories. Candidates who are in the final year of their engineering degree are also eligible to apply.
Only candidates with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering (including M.Tech in Applied Chemistry) are eligible for the respective disciplines.

NALCO GET Recruitment Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000 during the one-year training period, with a starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000 per month, along with Dearness Allowance and other benefits. After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 1,80,000, along with applicable allowances.

The selection process for NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) recruitment 2026 is based on the GATE-2025 examination and a personal interview. To be eligible, candidates must have a valid GATE-2025 score in the relevant discipline. Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on their GATE-2025 scores, category-wise and discipline-wise, usually in a 1:10 ratio. The final merit list is prepared by giving 90% weightage to the GATE-2025 score and 10% weightage to the performance in the personal interview.
