IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2025 - Vacancy Details
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has published a total of 50 vacancies for the post of Hospitality Monitors (Contractual) under IRCTC/ East Zone.
IRCTC Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHMCT/UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India.
- BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes, Ministry of Tourism.
- B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from UGC/AICTE recognized universities.
- MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management) from UGC/AICTE recognized universities.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the hospitality or relevant field.
Age Limit (as on 01/11/2025):
- UR Category: 28 years

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor 2025 - Pay Scale
The selected Hospitality Monitors will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 30,000, inclusive of all statutory deductions, along with additional benefits such as daily allowance of Rs. 350 for train travel and Rs. 240 per night for overnight stay. They will be eligible for National Holiday Allowance of Rs. 384 for each National Holiday worked and reimbursable medical insurance as per IRCTC guidelines. A security deposit of Rs. 25,000 payable through Demand Draft at Kolkata will be required after selection.
IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Notification - Selection Process
Candidates must fill the application form attached with the advertisement completely and submit it at the interview venue along with original documents, one set of attested copies of caste, educational and experience certificates, and three recent passport-size photographs for verification. The interview will be conducted based on the candidate’s credentials, and final selection will depend on their performance in the personal interview.
