Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has released a recruitment notification for 80 Management Trainee (MT) posts in Engineering, Finance and HR branches. The posts include MT Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Chemical, Metallurgy, Civil, Finance and Human Resources. Selected candidates will be trained and later appointed as Assistant Managers with a salary of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 and an estimated annual CTC of Rs. 15.55 lakhs. BDL Management Trainee 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: 

(1) MT (Electronics) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent branch from a recognized university.

(2) MT (Mechanical) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

(3) MT (Electrical) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

(4) MT (Computer Science) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

(5) MT (Metallurgy) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Metallurgy Engineering or an equivalent branch.

(6) MT (Chemical) - 

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated degree) in Chemical Engineering,
    OR
    First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.

(7) MT (Civil) -

  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year Integrated Engineering degree) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent branch.

BDL Management Trainee Recruitment - Pay Scale

BDL Management Trainees receive a monthly stipend during training that includes a basic pay of Rs. 40,000 plus DA, HRA, and 20% perks. After successful completion of training, they are placed as Assistant Managers in Grade-II with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 and an approximate annual CTC of Rs. 15.55 lakh, along with benefits such as DA, HRA, perks, PF, Gratuity, Pension, and medical facilities.
