POWERGRID Recruitment Notification Salary 2025

The selected Company Secretary Professionals will receive a monthly salary in the pay band of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000, with an initial basic pay of Rs. 30,000, along with IDA, HRA, and perks at 35% of basic pay, making the annual CTC approximately Rs. 9.96 lakh. They will also get a Rs. 20,000 retention bonus every 6 months, medical benefits, insurance coverage, PF, gratuity, and leave entitlements as per POWERGRID rules.
